Andrew Wilkinson, the Founder of MetaLab (an interface design studio) joins Adam Stacoviak to talk about how he started as a one-man band and learned to delegate to succeed. Andrew started MetaLab in 2006 and quickly built the company into a multi-million dollar interface design and products company with over 30 employees. Andrew shares his thoughts on happiness, some crucial advice from his father, Steve Jobs, good design, developing products, leading a team to success and even a teaser to something super secret.
